Return & Exchange Policy

• 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from our store for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending them back to us.
• Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts).
• Hygiene exception: For health and hygiene reasons, intimate or personal-use items (such as nursing/pumping bras and postpartum support bands) can only be returned if unused, unworn, and with original packaging and tags intact.
